Why is he banned on next join? Can you not ban offline players? Or do you mean thats when the ban will start.

Bans can start at two times, either when the ban is created, and it will instantly count down, or when they next join the server. They can be applied if the player is on or offline.

I did not I have gave them back to Sean. This is unfair I gave it back and on next ban. That is unfair I only get to play Minecraft when I am at my dads so not often maybe 3 times a week.
