Banned 14 days upon next join for advertising their co-owned server and taking away multiple server members. (list was over 10) and attempting to impersonate innectis staff on their server.

djcreepe80's previous ban time added with this one. He is now banned for a total of 22 days all together upon next join.

I was already asked about this on the server. What's the point of checking their server? In order to access the gravity of the advertisement, I usually log onto the advertised server and see how many Innectis members they have taken. While I was on their server, one of them was using Nosliw's skin, and with the aid of server features, they were able to change their gamer tag and name to impersonate (but not in the online list that's how I knew it wasn't Nosliw)

Djcreeper I understand perfectly, hes an advertiser. Does it all the time, his server is the only thing he talks about...

I had a long conversation with him on skype. He has never broken server rules on ANY server before.  He does co-own the server, but he did not advertise, nor did he tell them to advertise. It's mainly DJ's server, anyways. If you are going to punish JTP, you should also punish those who left to go on said server. But you would NEVER do that, would you? So why punish JTP?
I speak for him because he is skeptical that you would listen to him so I decided to take action for my friend, who I trust more than alot of people, especially the other people in this scandal.
