Although, we might need to be stricter with removing peoples creative rights? Then again, we haven't had many repeat offenders..

You may of not had repeat offenders but there offences are serious enough!!!

Maybe to settle this it would be easier to have a simple Zero Tolerance Policy towards creative grieifing. (I am unaware if this is already in place or not.)

i thought it already was zero tolerance but i may be wrong

I believe that our current approach is that you get a second chance, but after that you will have your creative building rights revoked. However I guess that it depends on the severity of each case, and who bans them, as only Hretsam, AlphaBlend and The_Lynxy have the power to revoke someone’s building rights.
