The votes are reset every month, however your score is also based on when your server was added to the list (which gives us an unfair disadvantage), so all things considering, we are doing well :)

Well, they can change at any time you see.. but this is roughly what you can get (if I remember):
* USER: 1 Diamond (1 Vote Point)
* USER: 5 Iron (1 Vote Point)
* USER: 16 Logs (1 Vote Point)
* USER: 16 Redstone (1 Vote Point)
* USER: 1 Waypoin Kit (? Vote Points)
* USER: 1 Sponge (25 Vote Points)
* USER: 1 Nether Star (30 Vote Points)
* VIP: 3 Diamonds (2 Vote Points)
* VIP: 15 Iron (2 Vote Points)
* VIP: 46 Logs (2 Vote Points)
* VIP: 46 Redstone (2 Vote Points)
* VIP: 2 Waypoint Kits (? Vote Points)
* VIP: 3 Sponges (50 Vote Points)
* VIP: 3 Nether Stars (60 Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 5 Diamond (3 Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 25 Iron (3 Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 64 Logs (3 Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 64 Redstone (3 Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 5 Waypoint Kits (? Vote Points)
* SUPER VIP: 5 Sponges (75 Vote Points)

Goldy can also see all of the offers that Super VIP, VIP & User See, and etc.

All server votes get reset because people can vote multiple time for the same server. It's more accurate with resets.
