I could have told him it wasn't allowed and I should have. Even so, I would still have to ban him on the grounds that there is no proof that he wouldn't continue using the texture pack. Hopefully he can put the pieces together and figure out why he got banned.

20 days is insane for a first time offence, especially with someone who doesn't know the rules, but whatever, I didn't ban him.
