Although the current system does offer sparce entry to the end, it does keep endstone rare.

Why does endstone need to be rare? Its a nice decorative block.

Because it started out as a rare block, would it not become unfair for it to suddenly become common for those who pay high price? Although vT appears to have no value now.. Perhaps an economy restart? :P

Anyway if my method listed above was used with proper moderation of dragoneggs endstone wouldn't become unrare because they'll be exchanging three dragon eggs for one so end access would still be limited but players could access when convinient rather than at random times. Just have to be cautious about dragoneggs as prizes maybe  3-5 a month limit

Keep it the way it is. Simple. The current system is good in nobody knows when it's open, so it's pure luck when you can get in.
