Banned for 6 hours by auto-ban for receiving too many infractions.

When a ban is made, the ban time is pretty much always honored. You should NEVER unban them early. If you were going to, at least tell the other staff what your intentions are, then we all can see why you want to do that, then get it cleared. I don't even do this myself.
