News thread!

Its been a while since the last time i posted some news.
I wanted to give you guys and gals an update on what we are doing.

First of all i want to apologize for the fact that i havn't been around much, my personal life is taking a large chunk of my free time together with the an IDP update.
But Lynxy has been successfully filling in for me.

With that i also revealed some information on the IDP. I am working on making a new framework for it (for the people that aren't familiar with coding its basicly rewriting everything).
We will make it so we can update faster, reduce lag and make it a lot better then it ever was.
This will take a lot of time, most of my free time goes to this as i want it to be done so i can focus on adding new content again :p.

Also i've got some good new on the recent lag issues. I think i found out what's causing it.
I'll try to fix this when i going to do some maintenance on the server tomorrow.
The maintenance does sadly mean the server will be down during this.
This is planned on approx. 1300 hours GMT, where it will take about 2 hours.


As last i want to welcome a new member to the staff team!
Beau_Barbera will help us out with the forum!
He's our new Webmin (Web Administrator, thought it sounded nice).
Give him a big welcome.
Note that he doesn't have moderator powers on the Minecraft server itself.

Happy to be a help within the Innectis Community! I promise to do you proud. If you wish to have anything on the forum that we don't already have let me know! Hret knows this but I will be intergrating a application system in so it;s easier when he wants to announce a new available position!

Due to the amount of players online, i am postponing the maintenance.

It will be done tomorrow when the server is less crowded .
