I was thinking, that if we had signs that let only goldies buy lot area lots, it would take the strain off the admins and moderators a bit.

* Lots are supposed to be free.
* Whats to stop a rich person claiming tons of them?
* Assigning lot area lots is easy, its the other ones that require more time.

I see, but if they want another lot area lot, why not make them pay a hefty fee?
