I cannot properly moderate if I cannot understand players.

I don't know about kevmar but I know annahelle cannot speak English very well. He/she (I'm Not sure) Said to me " I cant spek english well."
So, yeah. Some people may not be able to speak English and how do you know they can't. Just be sure that it's a fair ban.
TBH this is the crappest reason to ban someone.

Sure, I'd ask that someone stop speaking another language, but I'm not sure about banning them, but I guess that's how it works.
