you need to make the help a bit more useful it is kind of annoying to use no offense to who ever made it but it doesn't even really work you should work on it

Hm? It seems to work decently. It's just, you type /help for a list of items. /help <item><sub-items> to go to further items in that section. I.E. /help 21 to go to the first section of /help 2.

But what suggestions do you have to make it better, and how exactly does it not work?

Alrighty. We need to come up with a better system.

Just make a tutorial for the help on the forums
eg:

/help 1 : VIP
/help 2 : Super VIP
/help 3 : Goldy
/help 4 : IDP
/help 5 : Staff

etc.
