New Natural Lot area?

I was thinking, that if we had a non-flat lot area which isnt the freebuild and you build your houses in the form of the natural landscape. So basically a lot area with no flat areas, all of it is at different elevations.
I did suggest this in alphas community give me ideas post under general but I don't think it was noticed.

The maximum lot size would be 50x50
Other Members of the lot area would be chosen to help an admin build the spawn area or a central feature of the lot area.
Maybe Built by an ocean so It could be a port city.
A team of a few people would build the port and a pirate ship
Lemme know what ya'll think of this, I would love to see this idea put into develpoment.

This would need to be a VIP lot area then I guess? Or will you also have normal sized lots? Not sure on the idea, but you are welcome to create your own lot area in the wold, it has been done in the aether before, it doesn't need to be sanctioned by admins..

There can be 30x30's but 50x50 would be the max. And it would be Lot area 4 so it would need to be sanctioned by admins. Its basically the same as the first 3 lot areas but just not flattened
