1) Broken
2) Never reliable against anyone who knows computers.

It's not broken and your right, its not hard to get past an IP ban.
Also it wouldn't work against somebody with a good dynamic IP.

Guys RockyMocky125 Is one of TommyKins' Aliases it should be perm banned because TommyKins is perm banned..

We're quite aware what Tommy's aliases are, and we could ban them all if he doesn't behave.

Since you were banned for a serious offense, we won't be easy on you after that... just like how we can keep watch on players here, we can watch you a bit closer.

I suggest not getting into any trouble in the future. It saves all of us some time souping up drama, and I hate drama. I get enough of that elsewhere, so I certainly do not want any here.
