what do u mean by borders and free items if u placed glass i think  should be able to get it back

You could always ask an admin to get rid of the glass

Because the admins want to do a petty task such as remove a lot boarder.

We won't make glass TinyWEable. We're not going to fix one problem in lieu of allowing a feature.
