Due to the test update(s) failing to convert or retain any portion of the site or database information, we have opted to do a fresh installation of IPB 3.1.4.

Additionally, other reasons for the update were as follows:

4 out of 5 test updates failing
A security issue that could potentially lead to passwords being stolen (fixed in 3.1.4)
A more upto date version
More skins available

With this new forum comes a new layout, and hopefully more categories to choose from. With the addition of this forum upgrade, we will hope to continue to bring more and more people to this site.

Updates:

Registration RESET back to User Validation.
DISABLED Guests posting (error at setup)
GUESTS can now VIEW INSENSITIVE Forums
REGISTRATION requires the answering of a challenge question correctly

Wouldn't it be more prudent to merge all the posts and topics from those old forums into these new ones? Thus, it would be easier for new members to sift through previous useful information. I'm sure there is a way to reach this endeavor.

By the way, Denial enabled the GD libraries with PHP.
