We now support TeamViewer.
QuickSupport takes no installation, you simply download the file and run it. You then give the Admin that is going to connect to you the ID number. The Admin will then connect to your computer and control it to help you with your problem.
We are not responsible for anything that happens to you if you let someone other then an Admin of Heroic Board connect to your desktop.
