Title: VectorNet Server 1.0

This version of the server includes slick new forms, among other features.

Changelog:

• Added load protection, among span protection
• Server now sends ping to all clients
• Ban/Kick work much differently on server than clients (Drops user/bans user from vectornet via IP ban)
• If all ops leave a channel a user was banned in, that user, and all others banned from the channel are unbanned
• Mute works via server/clients

Re-download the server if you hadn't already. When a user joins another channel, the proper name listing is now sent to each client instead of their name (without % or @ symbols).
