I would recommend using this service (http://www.dot.tk/en/index.html?lang=en) to get a shorter url to your website (Nobody takes freewebs seriously)

You can make it not look like it took 30 seconds to make.

At least go steal a template from some website, and then edit it w/ like Frontpage.

It's Freewebs, I don't think you can directly edit the HTML.
