Title: Quick Suggestion
Post by: ArticWolve on November 05, 2008, 09:07:39 AM
Why not add in a list of Fail Bot Tech Support people (and their accounts)? I mean seriously, Help --> Tech List would be easier then browsing the forums and PMing someone, especially since our predicament with the spam bots spamming our forums.

Well anyways, the list would contain who ever is a Support Tech and CERTIFIED BY YOU with aliases and their Channel Affiliation, if they want them to be listed.
So you would be first, Hero would be second, and I would be third.
Example:
Quote
1) FB]FAILBOT@USEast
        Aliases: N/A
        Affiliation: N/A
        Support Hours: N/A
2) Hero.Fail@USEast
        Aliases: N/A
        Affiliation: N/A
         Support Hours: N/A
3) Dragon[FAILBOT]@USEast
        Aliases: Sentry-Jaguar, Jaguar(ConFed), Zakara(ConFed), Sentry-Zakara
        Affiliation: Op Sector-X
Support Hours: Whenever you can get a hold of me while I am not doing something else like gaming or Beta Testing

That is how I think it should be displayed with all N/A fields being hidden.
So it would actually look something like this:
Quote
1) FB]FAILBOT@USEast
 2) Hero.Fail@USEast
 3) Dragon[FAILBOT]@USEast
         Aliases: Sentry-Shadow, Shadow(ConFed), Zakara(ConFed), Sentry-Zakara
         Affiliation: Op Sector-X
Support Hours: Whenever you can get a hold of me while I am not doing something else like gaming or Beta Testing

It is up to you if you include this though.

It should parse a filee on the web, and place the contents into a TextBox on a separate form when you go to the above mentioned menu item.

Agreed... can't believe I passed this over for six days. Anyways, it was only a suggestion.
