PNF Rules/Guidelines/Expectations

First are the Project Rules and Guidelines:

[01] Anyone may script part of this project.
[02] I will be the deciding factor between all disputes that arise. If no decision can be made, I will simply trash all posts related to the dispute.
[03] Respect everyone. Flaming in any post will result in the post being reported/edited and a possible warning.
[04] Please keep the change log separate from the code to save space.
[05] Please try to get as close as possible to mimicing Neglected Fury's features as you can. If you see something that is not as close as it should or could be, then post about it in the suggestions.
[06] Be open minded when replying to a suggestion and keep in mind this is a learning experience for me as well as others. If I do not know what is better, I will ask for advice by those that do.
[07] Take your time and TEST THE CODE BEFORE POSTING IT! An untested script can error just as easily as you can say "one."
[08] If you see any discrepancy with the information provided (IE Your name does not appear on the list of Project Developers/Technicains) PM ME ABOUT IT!
[09] Use "?Blah" instead of BotVars.Trigger & "Blah"
[10] Use codebox tags when posting new changelog, suggesting a change in the script, or when referencing part of the script to save space. Let's face it, no one wants to scroll half the page.

Seeing as I am growing accustomed to liking Neglected fury over the past few days, I thought we could mimic Neglected Fury. So basically, we have to do our best to mimic Neglected Fury with what we can do here. Here is the list of commands Neglected Fury can do:
