Title: UltraVNC Remote Support Tool

I have finally released the UltraVNC Remote Tech Support Tool. We finally have our tech base.

The following techs have been added to the tool:

• Hero
• 7thAce
• Vector
• Hale
• Jd

The list is not necessarily complete.
